Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns:

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • – The return request is initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • – The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
  • – Proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt, is provided.
  • – if any products are incorrect or differ in color, we will promptly send you a replacement item at no return shipping cost. In the case of a wrong item being received, we will make arrangements for its collection.
  • – If the courier damages the item during transit, either the customer or ourselves can initiate a claim for the damaged goods and we will send you a replacement item at no return shipping cost.

Items Not Eligible for Return:

Certain items are not eligible for return due to health, safety, and hygiene reasons. These items include but are not limited to:

  • Opened or used smoke flares
  • Personalized or custom-made items.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

  • to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  • Clearly indicate the reason for the return and provide any relevant details.
  • Our team will provide you with the RMA number and instructions for the return process.

Noted: To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Packaging and Condition:

When returning an item:

  • Pack the item securely in the original packaging.
  • Attach a copy of the original invoice or receipt.

Cancelation:

You have 24 hours after placing your order to seek a cancellation. If you want to cancel your products within 24 hours Contact us as soon as possible at sales@smokeflares-r-us.uk. After 24 hours or after shipment or transit, if you want to cancel the product, you’ll have to pay for return shipping and there is no restocking fee.

Exchanges:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@smokeflares-r-us.uk and send your item to: 2nd Floor, Tradeforce Building, Cornwall Pl, Bradford BD8 7JT, United Kingdom.

Damages:

If the purchased goods are defective, or damaged by the carrier please contact us for an exchange within 7 days of delivery and the customer does not have to pay any return shipping fee.

Return Shipping Fees And Restocking Fees:

  1. You are responsible for the return shipping costs if the reason for the return is a customer issue (such as not liking or wanting the item, or ordering the wrong product).
  2. If an order must be reshipped owing to a mistake other than ours (wrong address supplied, denied at delivery, not picked up from Post Office on time, etc). You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
  3. If the return is due to our problems (such as incorrect products sent in your order, or quality problems of products), then you do not have to pay any return shipping fee.
  4. There is no restocking fee.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or Missing Refund:

If you haven’t gotten your refund yet, double-check your bank account and then get in touch with the credit card company that issued your card. Your refund may not be legally credited right away. Refunds sometimes require processing time before they can be posted, so speak with your bank next. If you’ve tried everything and you still have not received your refund, kindly contact our customer care department.
